Created in conjunction with Hills Cider Co, this pie was hand picked by their talented team, who also happen to be pie connoisseurs. With tender chunks of Fleurieu chicken, a tart cider tang and a hint of thyme, this one is sure to be a summer hit. Perfect for these sunny February days by the sea!

The melt-in-your-mouth beef chunks swim in an effortlessly rich herb & garlic butter and mushroom gravy, complemented by thin strips of bacon. At once decadent and homely, encased in trademark flaky golden pastry, the filet mignon pie is a must-try. Truly experiential dining.

Cocktail Function with the Premier of South Australia

On November 5, we were proud to cater for the Premier, Jay Weatherill, and his cabinet in conjunction with Dinah from Stirring the Pot Catering and the Engine Room. The evening was an opportunity for local business owners to express their desire to revitalise our state in a range of areas – manufacturing, retail and IT to name just a few.
